What do I do when an employee no longer works for us and was assigned an Operator ID?
Operators need to be inactivated when they leave your department. The instructions for updating an Operator can be found in the FleetFocus Training Manual.
Contact Fuel Dispensing to have the pin deactivated by calling the DTS Helpdesk (801) 538-3440.

How do I view the training manual?
Go to fleet.utah.gov, scroll down to and click on ‘FleetFocus’. Click on 'Fleet Focus Training Manual'. Enter your Fleet Focus User ID and password. This will bring up a PDF file you can view with Adobe. Save it to your desktop. Use the bookmarks to find the specific information you need.

How do I change my password in FleetFocus?

How do I request a PIN for an employee?
Contact your Department Fleet Manager and they will request the pin for you.

How do I download FleetFocus to my computer?
Go to fleet.utah.gov, scroll down to and click on ‘FleetFocus’. Scroll down to ‘Download and Installation Instructions for FleetFocus’. Click on the ‘Click Here’ to start the download. The instructions for downloading the application are below the download.

How do I request a Logon for Web Reports and/or Fleet Focus?
Go to fleet.utah.gov, scroll down to and click on ‘FleetFocus’. Click on ‘Request FleetFocus Logon.’ Fill out the request form and click, ‘Submit.’ Your logon will be sent to you.

How do I change or update information on an Operator ID?
View the video on the FleetFocus Training Page on our website (fleet.utah.gov, then Fleet, then FleetFocus, then FleetFocus Training) for Updating Operators. The instructions for updating an Operator can be found in the FleetFocus Training Manual.

What do I do if the Operator is already in the system?
If you are creating a new operator id and find the operator already exists in the system with another operator id contact your Fleet Technical Support Representative to have the operator id renumbered. If you find an operator has two operator id’s contact your Fleet Technical Support Representative to have one of the operator id’s deleted from the system. .

How do I get to Fleet Web Reports?
Go to fleet.utah.gov, scroll down to and click on ‘Reports’. Under ‘Fleet Secured Reports, click on the words, ‘click here’. You will need to enter you FleetFocus logon and password

Is there any training for FleetFocus?
For Online Training, go to fleet.utah.gov, scroll down to and click on ‘FleetFocus’. Click on ‘FleetFocus Training’. There are four short training videos that you can view to help you get started. Scheduled class trainings will also be listed on this page and who to contact for more information.
