FleetFocus
FleetFocus FA allows the State of Utah to capture and analyze all costs associated with owning and operating its fleet of vehicles, including equipment tracking, work order processing, preventive maintenance scheduling, part and fuel inventory, and vehicle component warranty costs. FleetFocus FA allows the state to improve our productivity of the fleet while lowering costs and extending the useful life of our vehicles.
In order to view many of the following documents, you must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader. This program is free. If your system does not already have it installed, you may obtain it from the Adobe Web site. Install the program before trying to view the following PDF documents.

You can download the current version of FleetFocus (Released June 2009) by clicking here.
A pop up box will appear. Choose “Open” or “Run” depending on your system.
The Installshield Wizard will appear. Click “Install” and then “Next” until you are prompted for the TCP/IP Information.
Enter the TCP/IP Information:
Address: 168.177.192.10
Port: 1999
Click Finish (There will be a black DOS window running DO NOT CLOSE IT. It will close itself once it is done running.)
When done, click Finished and then create a Shortcut on your desktop:
To Create a Shortcut:
Click on your Start Menu.
Click on All Programs.
Maximus -> FA Suite 6.1.1 -> FleetFocus
Right click on FleetFocus and select copy
Go to your desktop and right click.
Select Paste Shortcut.
