Agency Vehicle Fleet Cost Efficiency Plan

In accordance with Utah Statute 63A-9-401.5 (3),

"Each agency that owns or leases vehicles shall develop, implement, and submit to the division (of fleet operations)…a vehicle fleet cost efficiency plan… The plan shall include agency goals and statistics, and a report of agency progress."

In the following forms, please submit two or three goals that your agency will set for the upcoming year. If you have already implemented changes to increase vehicle fleet cost efficiency, please submit that in addition to your goals.
